Location: Multan, Muzafar-Garh, Khanywal.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining books of accounts in Microsoft Office Accounting.
  • Reconciliations of ledger balances e.g. Bank balances, Receivables and Payable, booking of sales purchase bills & expenses.
  • All accounts related duties
  • Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Helping in daily accounts activities like Sales Tax Income Tax cases. Email correspondence.

Visiting outside office for Accounts related work.

Required Skills:

Vouchering:

  • To Prepare Daily Cash & Payment Vouchers.
  • Verification of vouchers
  • Utility Bills collection & Make Payments.
    • Preparing monthly reports as and when required by the management.
    • To facilitate the new Team Members for their accounts opening.
