- Maintaining books of accounts in Microsoft Office Accounting.
- Reconciliations of ledger balances e.g. Bank balances, Receivables and Payable, booking of sales purchase bills & expenses.
- All accounts related duties
- Bank Reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Helping in daily accounts activities like Sales Tax Income Tax cases. Email correspondence.
Visiting outside office for Accounts related work.
- To Prepare Daily Cash & Payment Vouchers.
- Verification of vouchers
- Utility Bills collection & Make Payments.
- Preparing monthly reports as and when required by the management.
- To facilitate the new Team Members for their accounts opening.
